The intervention site, with an area of 26,000 m², is located along the EN 113 in Leiria.
​
The project arises from the need to renovate and expand the headquarters building, as well as to renew its overall image.
The scope of work also includes the expansion of parking areas and the construction of new support pavilions.
​
One of the project’s constraints is the phasing of construction works in order to minimize their impact on the company’s normal operations.
​
For both exterior and interior design, the project adopts sustainable solutions, making use of contemporary materials with long durability.
