This turnkey renovation took place in a building we know well, as we have already remodeled several of its apartments.

Unlike others, this is a small apartment where every square centimeter takes on a different significance.

The challenge was to equip the apartment with all the comforts, storage solutions, and infrastructures necessary for daily living.

It was essential to achieve high standards of quality with a budget that ultimately proved to be smaller than initially anticipated.

All interventions required careful planning and constant supervision to ensure that no system conflicted with the intended design.

​

The work and investment resulted in a space of great comfort with a contemporary language.
