“This collective housing complex, exploring the potential of the site, is organized around an extensive courtyard defined by residential and commercial bands which, through adaptation to the topography and a visual dialogue with the surroundings, reveal interesting spatial sequences. Noteworthy is the way accessibility and mobility are achieved through platforms at different levels which, while functioning as autonomous spaces, define and characterize the central area as a unified whole. From highly engaging communal areas, conditions are created for this community life to connect with the surrounding space, fostering urban continuity.”
