This project presents a contemporary concept where new and restored elements interact, along with tranquility, comfort, and privacy — pillars of a surprising ensemble for those who experience it. What at first glance appear to be individual houses are, in reality, buildings of two, four, or six apartments, interconnected by a shared basement intended for parking.

Each apartment features a distinct typology and interior layout, with exclusive access — in some cases through a private elevator — as well as landscaped rooftop gardens, one of which is complemented by a private pool.

The development, a synonym of freedom and privacy for the 14 families who will live here, occupies a total area of 5,000 m² and is divided into four buildings. The overall harmony is achieved through the individual character of each building, the gardens, the shared swimming pool, and the leisure areas.
