The main objective was to develop a high-quality concept in which the architecture, as much as possible, integrates and interacts naturally with its surroundings.

The building seeks to blend with and enhance its context through an image defined by simplicity. In this sense, the proposed façades are developed through the repetition of a typical opening, characterized by a large glazed area and a slatted section, designed to ensure security and improve thermal performance.
