Faced with the challenge of designing two buildings with different functions, the main goal was to develop a high-quality concept in which architecture naturally connects the various proposed spaces.

At a volumetric level, the intention was to ensure a clear perception of each building; therefore, two independent volumes were created, joined only by a canopy that serves as a “bridge” between them.

​

Located in a predominantly residential area, the proposed façades are defined by the repetition of a typical opening characterized by a large glazed area and a slatted section, ensuring privacy, security, and thermal control.
