This residence is developed over two floors, one of which is partially embedded in the ground.

Both aesthetically and functionally, the project seeks to meet the client’s brief, which values a traditional atmosphere rich in symbolism yet adapted to the functional needs of contemporary living.

In shaping the exterior image, we worked with various architectural elements — pergolas, columns, terraces, cornices, plinths, and others — while paying close attention to the selection of materials, textures, and colors.

Volumetrically, we aimed to create transitional spaces between the interior and exterior, functioning as a “buffer” that softens the thermal and light contrast between both environments.
